Class Formats

SWEAT sweat /swet/ 

SWEAT classes are designed to do just that - make you sweat. SWEAT classes are heated vinyasa flow yoga classes that will have you exploring your mat at a faster paced tempo. In a SWEAT class you’ll find options for multiple arm balances, inversions and challenging variations of poses. The temperature is kept around 83-88 degrees and infrared heating panels are located on the Northside of the room to provide extra heat for those who enjoy a warmer class. We do provide free towels because for this class - you’ll want one!


MOVE move/moov

These 60 minute MOVE classes are heated vinyasa flow yoga classes that will have you exploring your mat at a medium-quick paced tempo. Sun Salutations and upbeat music will keep you moving while still focusing on alignment and form. The temperature is kept around 80-83 degrees in our MOVE classes and infrared heating panels are located on the Northside of the room to provide extra heat for those who enjoy a warmer class. Lot’s of options can be found in this class and as always our classes are ALL LEVELS, but you’ll find a wide variety of practitioners in the MOVE classes.


ALIGN a·lign /əˈlīn/ 

In our ALIGN classes you will use the postures to challenge the physical body in a way that also trains the nervous system to respond to stress and the challenges of our lives.  Our ALIGN teachers are Ayurvedic Yoga Specialists who share practices that balance and enliven the physical and energetic bodies.  Students will find the format very similar to other Flow practices, with more of an emphasis on the strength and stability found through holding poses for longer periods of time and intros to arm balances can be found in this format. Align is an excellent format for newer practitioners.


SCULPT sculpt /skəlpt/

In this 45 minute SCULPT class we will use calisthenics, resistance bands, and low impact cardio to bring the heat which is why we call this class a SCULPT class.

In SCULPT class we will be working major muscle groups to build strength and balance these high energy, fun workouts are perfect for yogis who think about going to the gym but don't want to pay for two different memberships.

Supplement your yoga practice with this cross training class and meet new strength goals to keep your body healthy as you move on and off the mat.


RESTORE re·store /rəˈstôr/

In our RESTORE format, you will find a calming environment with slow transitions and deep stretchy classes. Our weekly sound bath classes and meditation classes can also be found in this format. RESTORE classes are perfect for new yoga students, students recovering from injuries, students who prefer cooler and slower practices and restorative yoga classes with grounding and cooling elements. Feeling stressed - come and RESTORE with us.

Align + Restore

The weekends just got a little sweeter! This 60 minute class is a non-heated class with a 50/50 flow. What does that mean?

The first 1/2 of class is an alignment based vinyasa flow followed by a slow, deep stretch to round out the hour.

Restore + Reiki

In this 60 minute Deep Stretch Class we combine the healing element of reiki to connect to ourselves. This class teaches is the art of slowing down, mindfulness and breath connection. Props provided, feel free to bring any of your own. Please bring a light long sleeve as this class is room temp/cool, but not cold.
