  • 2025 Yoga Teacher Training

    Have you thought about becoming a yoga teacher before? Join us in 2025 for our GVY Yoga Teacher Training.

    GVY YTT Programs begin in February of 2025, end in August 2025. We meet once a month Fridays on Zoom 6:30-9:00pm, in person Saturdays 12-6:00pm and in person Sundays 12-6:00pm.

  • Understanding Satya

    Satya, a Sanskrit word, is one of the Yamas—the ethical guidelines outlined in Patanjali's Yoga Sutras. At its core, Satya encourages us to be truthful in our thoughts, words, and actions. It is not just about refraining from falsehood but also about living authentically, aligning our beliefs with our actions, and embodying honesty in our interactions with others.

On Friday, May 10th, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, immerse yourself in a transformative experience featuring a 60-minute sound bath led by the talented Erin Cruz, complemented by delicious mocktails from Beyond the Bar, DFW’s first and only alcohol-free bottle shop and tasting room.
