Understanding Satya
Satya, a Sanskrit word, is one of the Yamas—the ethical guidelines outlined in Patanjali's Yoga Sutras. At its core, Satya encourages us to be truthful in our thoughts, words, and actions. It is not just about refraining from falsehood but also about living authentically, aligning our beliefs with our actions, and embodying honesty in our interactions with others.
